Polish brokerage house implements WealthManager

Dom Maklerski BZ WBK has gone live with WealthManager from Temenos.

A seven month implementation project has provided the Polish brokerage house with an integrated, end to end wealth management solution combining relationship management, advisory and portfolio management functionality. Tomasz Kaczmarek, managing director, DM BZ WBK Strategy & Development, comments: “WealthManager has been fully integrated with our back office and fund systems to give our advisors a 360º view of clients and their portfolios. This allows us to holistically manage our client’s financial needs and improve our overall service offering by enabling us to launch full advisory wealth management services to our high-net-worth and mass affluent customers.”

Jean-Michel Hilsenkopf, managing director, Temenos Private Wealth Management, says “The success of this project is a very important step for us.The economic expansion in Poland over the last decade has created a new market of high-net-worth and affluent individuals with greater service expectations, who are looking for a broader range of products, improved information and better returns. This is driving a rapid transition from transaction based business models to managed services with recurring fees. WealthManager provides banks and brokerage houses with a proven platform to support fee-based business models, and the tools to offer quality advisory services based on tailor-made financial planning and the proactive monitoring of client investments.”
